The Project Manager is an easy to use, stripped down Notion project management system that helps businesses, students and creators manage and keep track of all their projects.

Why did we create this?

At RAUDE, we've been managing branding and website projects for the past two years, and this is the system we've designed and perfected over time.

We believe less is more when it comes to project management. This is why we kept the system, composed of three separate databases (Projects, Phases & Tasks) as clutter-free as possible in order to concentrate on the actual work.

We've spent the past two years building this time-saving template so you don't have to.

How does the template work?

The Project Manager is a simple system composed of three databases that help separate the different levels of organization needed when managing a project:

The Projects database

The first level of organization, where each project lives and has its own homepage, displaying it's phases and tasks, people involved.

The Phases database

The second level of organization, where the project is broken down into parts to alleviate and organize the tasks.

The Tasks database

The third level of organization, where actionable steps can be assigned to project members.

The Dashboard

Acting as a management dashboard, the home page "Project Manager", lets you quickly see active projects, as well as phases and tasks organized by project.

For each page type, wether it be a project, a phase or a task, we've included templates so you can skip the set-up part and get straight to work.

FAQs

Does this work on the free version of Notion?

Absolutely. Once you've made the purchase, you'll have access to the link to the Project Manager template, which you'll be able to duplicate into your own Notion workspace. You don't need a Notion Pro plan to use it.

Is there a refund policy?

If you feel like the Project Manager hasn't provided you with any value, we'll be happy to issue a refund within the first 30 days following the purchase. Simply write to us requesting a refund and let us know what could be improved.

Can I share with my team/friends?
